Monitoring and Evaluation Lead

Sneha leads the monitoring and evaluation for The Circulate Initiative’s multi-year program focused on ensuring responsible sourcing of recycled plastics.

Sneha brings more than 14 years of diverse professional experience from the corporate and social sectors. Her professional journey has spanned the fields of agriculture, rural markets, sanitation, hygiene, and the waste management sector.

Prior to this role, Sneha held the position of Head of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning at FINISH Society, where her contributions were instrumental in the incubation and establishment of a robust monitoring and evaluation system, knowledge management, and the expansion of research initiatives. She also spearheaded various initiatives at FINISH, focusing on need-based program design, participatory and immersive research, as well as grant management across national and international landscapes. She is also a member of the Governing Body of FINISH Society.

Sneha holds a Diploma in Management from Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Cooperative Management, India.
