The fourth session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee (INC-4) on developing an international legally binding instrument on plastic pollution, including in the marine environment (ILBI), was held in Ottawa, Canada. The Circulate Initiative team, including Executive Director Michael Sadowski, Research Director Umesh Madhavan, and Senior Advisor Ellen Martin, actively engaged in discussions and participated in events focused on various topics.
