Unlocking Finance to Advance a Circular Economy for Plastics: Insights and Tools for Financial Decision-makers

In the lead-up to the third session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee (INC-3), The Circulate Initiative hosted a webinar in collaboration with the Global Plastic Action Partnership (GPAP) and the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI). The webinar focused on how multi-stakeholder collaboration can help redirect financial flows and close the financing gap to solve plastic pollution.

The webinar was joined by representatives from Rwanda Environment Management Authority, GPAP, ING, Finance Leadership Group on Plastics, the World Bank, Intesa Sanpaolo Bank, European Circular Bioeconomy Fund, and UNEP Finance.
