Kavita is a conservation and sustainability expert. She is the Founder of Dragonfly Advisory, which advises investors, NGOs and companies to design and implement strategies that protect nature, mitigate climate change and benefit communities on the frontlines.

Kavita is on numerous boards and councils including being a Board Member of the Integrity Council for Voluntary Carbon Markets (IC-VCM) and TARA Climate, as well as a member of the Unilever Sustainability Council.

Kavita has cross sector experience. She has held leadership roles at NGOs most recently as CEO, Mandai Nature, and previously as Global Conservation Director at WWF International and Associate at World Resources Institute.

She catalyzed and founded the Southeast Asia Climate and Nature-Based Solutions (SCeNE) Coalition with eight NGOs.

Kavita has focused on sustainable agriculture as Global Head, Food Security Agenda at Syngenta International and set up the multi-stakeholder coalition, Grow Asia (a World Economic Forum initiative focused on smallholder farmers).

She has advised numerous companies on their sustainability strategies as Executive Director, SustainAbility in London.
