Research Analyst
As part of The Circulate Initiative’s Research team, Juline is responsible for scoping, researching, and publishing content around diverse circularity-related themes, and supporting the team on project management.
Juline is skilled in data synthesis and is motivated by how data can be used to improve decision-making and drive action. She has co-authored various reports in the sustainability and communications domains.
Previously, Juline was a Policy Research Analyst, Sustainability at the Singapore Institute of International Affairs, a not-for-profit independent think tank based in Singapore, where she covered regional sustainability issues. She began her career at GA Circular, where she conducted research on the circular economy, primarily studying the material flow of plastic packaging.
Juline holds a Bachelor of Communication Studies from the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
