Nurul Aisyah Suwandi

Research Analyst

As part of The Circulate Initiative’s Research team, Aisyah is responsible for scoping, researching, and publishing content around diverse circularity-related themes, and supporting the team on project management.

Aisyah has experience in executing research projects related to solid waste management and material flows on post-consumer plastic packaging, and her interest lies in capitalizing on multi-stakeholder collaboration for a holistic approach in tackling ocean plastic pollution.

Before joining The Circulate Initiative, Aisyah was a Project Executive at GA Circular. She supported the execution of various research projects, including a commercial and industrial food-waste audit, a behavior change study, and several material flow studies. She was also engaged to assist in managing impact investment data through Circulate Capital and analyzing the waste management and recycling landscape for the Southeast Asian markets for The Incubation Network.

Aisyah holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies, Environmental Geography (Honors) from the National University of Singapore.
